1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PetBlocks (the iOS app or website), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PetBlocks.

2. Description of Service

PetBlocks uses artificial intelligence to turn photos of your pet into custom buildable block set designs. You can view and share your designs in the app, subscribe to PetBlocks Pro, and order a physical block set that we make and ship to you. PetBlocks is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any toy brick manufacturer. AI-generated designs are approximations and may not match your pet exactly.

3. User Accounts

You need an account to use PetBlocks. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping access to your account secure
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Providing accurate information
  • Telling us promptly about any unauthorized use

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account.

4. Photo Uploads and Content

When you upload photos to PetBlocks:

  • You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use them
  • You give us permission to process the photos, including with our AI service providers, to create and show your designs and fulfill your orders
  • Photos should be of pets, and must not contain illegal, offensive or infringing content
  • We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules

5. PetBlocks Pro Subscription

PetBlocks Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional builds and features. Plans may be offered weekly, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you confirm.

  • Billing: payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. App Store purchases are charged to your Apple ID; web purchases are charged by Whop, our payment provider.
  • Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Free trials: where offered, the yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged. Each person may use one free trial.
  • Cancelling App Store purchases: go to iOS Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → PetBlocks. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • Cancelling web purchases (Whop): in the app go to Profile → Cancel subscription, or use your Whop billing page.
  • After cancelling: you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded according to Apple's policies; request a refund from Apple. Web purchases are handled under our refund policy; contact support@petblocks.shop.
  • Price changes: we may change subscription prices. We will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. App Store price changes follow Apple's notice and consent rules.

6. Fair Use and Build Limits

To keep PetBlocks running well for everyone and prevent abuse, we limit how many builds can be created, including daily build caps for every account, including Pro. We may change these limits, and we may suspend accounts that try to get around them or use PetBlocks in an automated or abusive way.

7. Orders and Payment

When you order a physical block set:

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed by our payment provider, Whop
  • Orders are custom-made and go into production after payment is confirmed
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary

8. Refunds and Returns for Physical Orders

Because each set is custom-made:

  • We offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products
  • Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery about any issue
  • We may offer replacements or partial refunds at our discretion
  • We can't offer refunds for a change of mind on custom products

9. Intellectual Property

The PetBlocks service, including our technology, designs and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our technology or designs without permission. You may share images of your own pet's designs for personal, non-commercial use. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program, run through Whop, lets you earn commissions on referred sales:

  • Commission rates are set at 20% of the order value
  • Commissions are paid out monthly for eligible earnings
  • Self-referrals are not permitted
  • We may modify or end the program at any time

11. Limitation of Liability

PetBlocks is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use PetBlocks after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
